Genetic Faecal Pollution Diagnostics: from science to practice. Hybrid workshop (June 4, 2023)

The Global Water Pathogen Project and the Interuniversity Cooperation Centre Water & Health, Austria organize a workshop during the upcoming 21st Symposium on Health-Related Water Microbiology in Darwin, Australia, on 4th June 2023. The workshop will also be streamed. The workshop will explore the application areas of genetic methods for faecal pollution detection in water. Participants will also be invited to discuss and develop a survey that will be later used to assess the acceptance of genetic methods by water utilities and government agencies worldwide.
